Returns & Exchanges
Even though the description of products is detailed through our website, the customers may eventually, upon delivery, find out that it is not what they wish for or that the selected size is not correct.
In this case, our company allow the customers to return the product within a period of fourteen (14) days after delivery, and replace it with the same product in different size or another product of their choice. Refund is not available except in the event of other selected product or size is not available. Only in such cases and after the returned items undergo quality control, the company will refund the value of the product, using the same payment method used when placed the order. Processing time for refunds vary depending on the bank or payment institution.
For all returns, products must be returned in the original condition in which they have been delivered. Customers must ensure that the products are intact and complete, they have never been used, worn, ironed, washed or damaged in any way, and returned in their original packaging, equipped with all labels they were received with. In case a product was provided with a security tag, the return of this product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed or broken and the company reserves the right to reject the return of such products. In the event the return is rejected, the company shall send a specific notice to the customers and shall consequently not proceed to accepting the exchange of such product, reserving as well the right to claim compensation for any damage.
All clothes available on SALE cannot be returned, as well as those which have been replaced once.
In all return cases, the cost of shipping is paid by the customers, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until their delivery to the company address. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company's error, the company undertakes to cover the cost of the product return. For any product return, it is mandatory by the customers to complete the relevant Product Return Form [PRF].
